Hampton Inn Salisbury

We stayed here twice in the last week for traveling to and from Thanksgiving out of town. The exit has a lot of great food choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dustie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure everyone was enjoying breakfast. It is a pet friendly hotel. We did not have pets with us but we did see them in the lobby and elevator. All were quiet and respectful. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Shower is hit and good pressure. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion all provided in wall mounted pump dispensers. Fitness Center well equipped. Coffee, tea and coco bar available all day.

We stayed here 8/23 for 1 night. This hotel is very clean and so was our room! The staff was very nice and check in was a breeze. We badly wanted to stay an extra night because it was so nice! But we will definitely be back!

Stayed for a few days coming up to Christmas. Being on the road around the holidays is always tough but I wanted to call out a specific staff member who made it a little easier. Ken at the front desk was always super helpful and kept the moody cheery. He was always on top of the ball with helping us with general service and was always inviting and pleased to talk to. As someone who spends 100+ nights in a hotel a year, it’s people like this that really make the difference. In addition, the hotel itself is clean and the gym was equipped with top of the line, new equipment. I was amazed that it even had a peloton.

Quick over night stay during the week. Late checking in on the app but the front desk ladies were super nice and quickly got me a key. I loved the touch of getting a free cookie like Doubletree, it was appreciated. Lobby and room were both clean, with plenty of room to spread out in my room since I had the couch available. This is a solid Hampton Inn right off of I85 when you just need a quick spot for the night. Also, there were a few places to eat that are literally in the same parking lot so that is also a plus. I would recommend it.

Very happy with our stay at the Hampton Inn Salsbury. The staff was extra friendly. One issue for about an hour at 2 am, neigboring group was very noisy, slamming doors and yelling...but a call to the front desk rectified. Would highly recommend. Excellent staff.

Great location, easy access to interstate, close proximity to Catawba College, restaurants, and downtown Salisbury, NC. The staff are customer focused and friendly. The complementary breakfast is very good. Housekeeping does a good job cleaning and preparing rooms for guests.

Great hotel with welcome and warming staff! I had the privilege to stay here for approx 3-4 weeks during my work trips to North Carolina after having horrible stays at nearby hotels. The staff at the Hampton Inn Salisbury reached out to me when I left a review on another hotel and invited me to stay with them. I happily accepted the offer and never looked back. The front desk staff were always welcoming in our conversations and were always attentive to my needs while I was staying here. Thr room was always clean upon arrival and housekeeping came as expected. If during your stay, you want additional housekeeping, just communicate it and they will surely accomodate. If you are working, or travelling for liesure ANYWHERE near this hotel I would highly recommend you stay here, even if that means you have a little further of a drive. Coming back to a clean and we'll maintained area can make or break your trip!! Thank you again Hampton Inn Salisbury staff. If I am ever in the area again, I'll be seeing you! - B. La Verne
